1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9bbd1 platform, including all gaming services, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and payment processing features made available at 9bbd1.org and any associated mobile web interface (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 9bbd1 ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the 9bbd1 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 9bbd1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts on 9bbd1.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of 9bbd1 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

9bbd1 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or have ceased to be met. In such cases, any pending withdrawal of legitimately accrued winnings will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 9bbd1 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The following conditions apply to all 9bbd1 accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 9bbd1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure.
• All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge.

• 9bbd1 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

9bbd1 supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

All funds held in your 9bbd1 account wallet are held for the purpose of gameplay only. 9bbd1 is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login for 180 consecutive days) may be subject to an account maintenance fee of ৳50 per month, deducted from the available balance, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

9bbd1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general terms apply to all bonuses issued by 9bbd1:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless and until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to completing the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated systems to complete wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per household, per IP address, and per device. Bonus offers specifically labelled as reload bonuses or loyalty rewards are subject to their own separate terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 9bbd1 are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective certified game providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. The following general gameplay terms apply across all game categories on the Platform:

• 9bbd1 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live casino games, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform. In the case of live in-play betting, bets are accepted subject to the available market at the time of placement, and late bets submitted after a key event (such as a wicket falling or a goal being scored) may be voided at 9bbd1's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9bbd1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform as a conduit for transferring criminally obtained funds.
• Using any software, robot, spider, data-mining tool, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use, including automated bet placement, game result prediction algorithms, or scraping of odds data.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share information in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on 9bbd1, whether under your own identity or any other identity, including through the use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restriction or account restriction measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9bbd1 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media. 9bbd1 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour directed at our support team.

9bbd1 actively monitors the Platform for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, any balance derived from such conduct will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to the relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

9bbd1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms of excessive gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may be increased only after a 7-day cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 9bbd1 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension and Termination

9bbd1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested, or submission of fraudulent or altered identification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the use of the Platform, regardless of whether such activity has been proven beyond reasonable doubt.

Upon termination of an account, any balance of legitimately deposited and unplayed funds (net of any bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds derived from or associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

12 Privacy

9bbd1 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
